
How to access the official support area?
Before entering the support area please notice:
- You must disable all download managers before entering the site.
- You do not need any user name and password to enter support site, you need
only your Twister Phoenix box to be connected with the PC.
- Only the owner of the dongle is allowed access to the download area.
This system works only with
Internet Explorer and Mozilla FireFox!
If you are not using any of these mentioned browsers please start
using it and if you not planning to use them please do not use
Twister Phoenix.
Multiple IP is not allowed, therefore we will block your account without any
warnings to user or reseller.
- Same dongle being logged in more than once at the same time.
- One user downoading the same file multiple times.
- Excessive daily or monthly downloads for one user (3000 MB limit per month).
- Usage of download managers.
